In 1997 FCL opened a small office in Houston, Texas, with a single DHMO plan. Humble beginnings. Since then we’ve opened offices in Louisiana, Tennessee, and Missouri. This expansion was a combination of select acquisitions, and the introduction of new product lines including; PPO, Indemnity, and Public Sector plans. The original plan was regional expansion that has now gone national. For example, the PPO dental network now spans 23 states and continues to grow.
