Dentists provide all routine dental care needs
at published co-payment amounts which are listed
on the Schedule of Benefits.

During the normal course of treatment the
General Dentist may determine that the patient
requires a specialist to handle a specific
problem. First Continental Life will provide a contracted
specialist at 75% - 80% of the specialty dentists
