As your dental benefit provider, FCL is committed to working with your dentist to maximize your oral health.
Our customer service staff will review your benefits, answer any questions you have about coverage, and suggest a dentist or specialist that is right for you. In most cases, we can recommend someone reasonably close. Customer Service is available in case you experience problems accessing benefits. We strive to ensure your treatment is not hindered in any way. The following are some of the steps taken to improve your access to service:
Staffed 40 hours a week (between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
Customer Service Department with real people - not automated answering services.
Staff members are Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.
Language translation for languages other than English / Spanish
